Fishing with Angle Andy's
Your Guided Fishing Trip
Your guided fishing trip will begin at 8am when Angle Andy meets you at the dock of your resort. You will fish the Ontaria, Canada waters of Lake of the Woods as this provides you the opportunity to fish an abundance of structure and species the lake has to offer. Angle Andy will take you to a variety of spots on Lake of the Woods throughout the day. Most guests choose to enjoy a shore lunch in which Angle Andy prepares their fresh catch on one of the beautiful islands on lake of the woods. If you would rather, you can pack a lunch and fish through the noon hour. You will return to your resort around 4:30pm. At this time, Angle Andy will clean and package your day's catch.
You will fish out of a fiberglass Lund 2075 Pro-V that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Angle Andy will ensure that your group has enough bait and ice for the day and has a variety of rods and tackle for guests to use, however you are always encouraged to bring their favorite rod or lucky lures. Angle Andy has U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets onboard the vessel for all persons in the boat. If you prefer to wear a life jacket all day in the boat, then you are encouraged to bring a life jacket that you find comfortable. Additionally, Angle Andy's does not provide child/youth sized life jackets due to the varying sizes needed, so plan to bring life jackets for your children.

Shore Lunch
Preparing shore lunch on an island on Lake of the Woods
Most of Angle Andy's guests choose to do a shore lunch. During shore lunch, Angle Andy will prepare your fresh morning catch on one of the picturesque islands on the lake. Also on the menu is potatoes or wild rice, and beans or corn. Due to varying preferences, guests must provide their own beverages. Angle Andy enjoys cooking as a hobby and is always trying out new recipes, so your taste buds are sure to be rewarded.
